L-FRESH The LION (Sukhdeep Singh) is a Western Sydney based multi-artform artist working across music, visual art, public art and community-engaged practice. Born to Punjabi immigrant parents and raised in South-West Sydney, his practice is grounded in questions of identity, ancestry, migration and belonging, carried across mediums from song to installation, sculpture and public commission.

An ARIA Award recipient and Double J Artist of the Year nominee, L-FRESH has extended this practice into the visual and public art space through gallery exhibitions, cross-disciplinary collaborations and major public commissions. He is co-founder, alongside acclaimed Filipino-Australian artist Marikit Santiago, of interdisciplinary collective Sitara Tanglaw, whose work draws on the pair's Filipino and Punjabi diasporic experiences to explore cultural inheritance, faith and resilience across painting, sound storytelling and installation. He is also a Creative Australia Fellow and serves as Artistic Director of Campbelltown Arts Centre's Conscious program. Rooted in Western Sydney, his work continues to centre diaspora experience and counter-narrative storytelling within the Australian arts landscape.
