Road to South West (Part 4) - Keeping Culture

Road to South West is a short documentary of the making of L-FRESH The LION's new album, SOUTH WEST. Part 4 (of 5) is titled Keeping Culture.

In this episode, L-FRESH shares the experience of how he nearly got kicked off the Nas national tour back when he was 21 years old. He links the story to his Sikh tradition and discusses his thought process around existing within a music industry that often requires you to compromise on who you are.

We also meet executive producer for the SOUTH WEST album, ZiG Parker. Together him and L-FRESH talk about the process of fusing FRESH's culture into the sonics of the album.
